Kelly started At the Helm Property Management after 12 years with a great firm on Anna Maria Island, Island Vacation Properties who specializes in vacation rentals.  Kelly's varied business background provides key elements to running a property management firm.  She has over 25+ years in executive, financial & entertainment fields which allow her to work well with her clients.  She and her husband dabbled in the restaurant business which gave them one of the greatest attributes for property management, patience.  Kelly's calm demeanor allows her to evaluate issues and approach them with a clear path to a resolution.  She prides herself in "getting the job done" expeditiously and loves when it comes in "under budget".

Ellsworth Helm, Maintenance & Inspections
Kelly's better half brings to ATH Property Management a constant eye to all the properties.  In addition, Ellsworth's handyman skills add that extra touch when needed and allows extensive cost savings to these communities.  His years in the entertainment business allows for great camaraderie amongst owners from all backgrounds!  Ellsworth has brought consistency and security in knowing he goes above and beyond the call of duty!  He's the best shipmate anyone can have!

Maggie Estes, Managing Director
Maggie joined the At the Helm team in July 2020 after finishing a stellar 18- year career with the YWCA in Hamilton, Ohio. She adds her organizational skills to the office and guides us through smooth sailing.  Her experience as an Executive Assistant to the Director of the YWCA has benefited all within our office!

Bridget Burch, Receptionist

Brigid joined our crew in December 2020, having retired from the Fairfield City Schools in Fairfield, Ohio, she has proved to be a tremendous asset to our team with her strong work ethic and great ability to multi-task. She is a "Team" player and always ready with a helping hand.
